"Hi, my name is Bennie Smith. I recently purchased a 1999 Jayco popup. This is my first RV experience as I have been a tent camper and am now 51 years of age. I just wanted to tell you of my experience with your company.
First, I am in the service business as I have been a funeral director for 33 years. I have to tell you, your company sets the bar as it comes to service and sales. I am not picky, but I can certainly identify a sincere care for customers.
I want to first thank George, who on a Sunday took time with a guy who only wanted to look at a $2,900 pop-up. He was very helpful, courteous and honest. When I called him on the following Tuesday to tell him I was going to purchase the pop-up he said he would give it to service and do all the cleaning of some mildew and check the bearings, electric and gas lines. I offered to drive from Olathe to settle up and he said we can do that when they have the pop-up ready to go. You just don't see that anymore (that trust). He went on to say it would be about a week, but he remembered I really wanted it for an event that weekend and he moved me up to have it ready.
When I came on Friday they introduced me to Gary. Gary went over ever feature and taught me all the hints on how to care and prepare the pop-up. Great guy!! Thanks Gary
When I took the pop-up over the weekend, it rained all weekend and leaked. I wasn't overly upset but wanted to get it fixed. I called you all for advice as to an epoxy to use. John asked me to bring it in as they have a special epoxy and could fix it. I fully intended on paying for this service as I signed a "bought, as is" form...no problem. Abe took the pop-up in and told me it would be ready the next day. I went to pick it up the next day and they had replace the center strip and caulked the entire top. I went in to settle up and there was no ticket. Service called for Abe and he came back and said there was no charge. I said I intended on paying for that...his response was "we don't let anything out of here leaking....no problem enjoy your pop-up"!!! Needless to say, again I was shocked.
Lastly, everyone of your staff when I walked by or approached were always willing to help or offer a good morning or good afternoon, have you been helped.
I am a Shriner and a lot of guys buy RV's. I have told everyone of them and will continue to refer them to the best RV sales and service in Nation Wide RV.

"BEFORE YOU WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO OTHER DEALERSHIPS READ THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My wife and began looking to trade in our RV on 2 Aug 2009, we owned a 2003 Salem 27BH and decided it was time for an upgrade. We arrived at Nationwide and were promptly greeted by Tim one of Nationwide's sales people. We explained to Tim what we were looking for and he took us right onto the lot. We must had viewed 9 or 10 campers, let me also say at this point, Tim knew his product...in a era of lack of salesmanship it was refreshing having a sales person who could explain in detail every trailer they had on the lot. After looking at the campers Tim brought us back in and we discussed price and also our trade in. I was surprised when Tim told us how much we could get for our trailer. Just as Nationwide will give you the bottom line price on their campers, they also give you fair trade in value on your old camper. I had already done my research on what the trade in should be and figured it would be nice if we got close, but instead we got exactly what NADA said it was AWESOME. We might have been able to sell it for a few hundred bucks more, but why, we got a fair price from the dealership and less hassle.
Then Tim explained the price for the camper...mind you, there was no pressure at all from him to purchase anything. More or less he shot us straight, and I appreciated that. I later went online to confirm that this price was good, and not only was it could it was at least a few thousand dollars difference from the pricing at other dealerships. One other note, if you’re hungry or thirsty when you come in, they have food and more food, and a fountain machine for drinks. I thought this was neat because after climbing into trailer after trailer on a hot day, it was nice to have a treat as we spoke to Tim.
Thus we left Nationwide and started doing more research; we also visited the two other dealerships located closely by. I assume that these dealerships must sell lots of campers, because the customer service when it came to sells was awful. We were showed one trailer at a dealership on the same side as Nationwide that literally smelled like pet poop. The salesman there acted like us coming there was bothering him.
Throughout the week we went to pretty much every other dealership around KC; hands down Nationwide was the best. Some dealerships said they wouldn't tell us what they would give us for our trade-in till we committed to buying from them, other dealerships didn't seem to care at all that we were there, while other dealerships campers were not close to the quality or had half the amenities that the Flagstaff we eventually bought at Nationwide.
Finally the decision was made by my wife and me to get the trailer from Nationwide. We were scheduled to pick up at 11 on 8 August 2009, and had to move that to 1. Another point here is that the service department closed at 12 on Saturdays but they kept it open for us. After arriving at Nationwide they had us park our trade in and linked us up with Gary and service department worker. Gary spent the next 1 1/2 to two hours going over everything on our new trailer. He showed us everything, and not just showed us, he explained how it worked, when maintenance should be performed and then showed us how to work it. My wife was taking notes non-stop, he made sure that everything was working perfectly. As we did the walk though with Gary, there were a few minor things that weren't working, at that point what seemed to a be a NASCAR pit crew was out there adjusting or fixing things, these things were little, like a light bulb out, or moving the bike rack over just a little. It was amazing how thorough and how much attention to detail was given as we went through everything. Hats off to the service department, thanks so much.
After we finished the walk through they hooked our new trailer up, we ended up getting a new 4 point hitch because Tim said it was like night and day, and compared to my old hitch, it was. The point here is a lot of times sales people try to sale you things that you don't really need, but in this case they sold us things we did need. Driving the camper was a million times easier with the new 4 point hitch. Okay back to my thought, they also showed us how to hook the hitch. They were just awesome, I left there knowing how to use my camper, and if I forget something, all I have to do is call them.
After the walk around, we were taking to Troy the finance manager. We already had financing thus we only needed to fill out the sales paperwork. Troy was awesome, just like everyone else you will meet at Nationwide, we talked about this and that; got a hot dog, and it was like hanging out with a friend. Troy explained everything about the warranty and also other plans they had, again no pressure what so ever. Troy also explained how the business was owned by his father and brother, yes Nationwide is family...and yes, they make you feel like family. Not only that they believe in making life time customers, and in the last few weeks, they have made one out of my wife and I.

"This is the 4th RV that my family has purchased from Nationwide RV and I would not even consider going anywhere else!!!! We have always been treated so good and they really go the extra mile to show that they care. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable and will acutally take the time to answer any question that I may have. They really go all out for their customers and it's the little things that they do like the wonderful homemade cookies, pastries and lunches that they serve that just adds that special little down home touch. "We just purchased our 4th travel trailer feb1. 2009. We have been rv-ing for 6 years and finally after 4 trailers,we decided to get a fifth wheel to accomidate what we need. Every time we go to NationWide,service is five star etc!!!!! We live in Kearney,Mo, Liberty rv is 10 minutes from our house,but the service,quality,customer service is top notch! We really like Mom and the boys! They are just good ol country people,honest,and tell it like it is! My kind of peiople! Hopefully we will keep this trailer for more than a few years! To drive an extra 45 minutes is worth it to me!!!!"
